Swing Double Disc Check Valve Specifications: The swing flex check  is designed to be maintenance-free and has superior performance compared with traditional swing check valves. The disc is the only moving part of the valve, and it can be easily replaced without removing the valve from the pipeline. The Main Difference Between Gate Valve "Metal Seat" and "Resilient Seat"

The sealing surface material of the valve seat is different. 1.  Resilient Seat : in the use of resilient seat, the two contacting sealing surfaces can be separate or all soft materials such as plastic and rubber can be used. Since the soft material is easy to deform and fills up the unevenness of the sealing surface, the soft seal can achieve a very high degree of medium sealing performance, and this extremely high degree of medium sealing performance can be repeatedly achieved. The disadvantage is that the use of soft sealing materials is affected by the pressure and temperature that the sealing materials can withstand. 2.  Metal Seat : metal seat is generally made of metal, so it is also called metal sealing surface. The metal sealing surface is susceptible to deformation due to the influence of the medium and the sandwiched particles; it is further damaged by corrosion, erosion and wear. On the contrary, if the wear particles are less uneven than the surface, the accuracy of the re
